Try registering it as an antique. it's older than 30 years.

I have a '72. It;'s easy. Unfortunately, you have to call, because they don't have a rate database much older than 1985 online.

Try 21st Century.

First is it a car you drive every day or is it like a collector type car that is parked most of the time . Only because there are two types of Insurance you can get . Recreation and regular. Most of your Major Insurance Companies sell both types . One is limited to a certain amount of miles though.

Ask your local agent if they have a market for "classic" vehicles.
A 1965 Comet would be considered a "classic" automobile.
