Ohne Dich by Rammstein. It's amazing. Any of Rammstein's love ballads are the most relaxing songs ever, but especially that one. Try Amour, Rosenrot, Klavier, Stirb Nicht vor Mir, Feuer und Wasser, Sonne, Wo Bist Du and various others. Jolene, the Deine Lakaien version, is also good. Angels Fall is great as well, though I dont know who does it.

I find it better to lie back and relax to an album rather than just one song. Pink Floyds Animals or Meddle or even The Wall depending on my mood are classics, Massive Attacks Mezzanine and Coldplays Rush of Blood are also excellent for relaxing. Roger Waters Radio K.A.O.S or his compilation Flickering Flame or even Floyds Final Cut, I could go on and on. I highly recommend any of these albums for a heavy chill out. (god i miss gettin high)

An Ending/Ascent - Brian Eno

In true Eno style this is almost more a soundscape than a song but it just transports me somewhere else every time I hear it. It is used to great effect in the twisted doctor sketches in the series "Jam" by Chris Morris. Pure Genius. On both parts.
