start with wind, also wls, also wgn. they are probably on the web.

Im not completely sure what the station would b in cali, but here listen to these guys... don and mike... they're funny and they do make the day go faster... go to the link n click listen live... i think in cali they're on from 12p - 4p not sure but u can check the website for times... they're based in d.c. and they're show starts a three eastern time.. www.donandmikewebsite.com
