Its usually hot there. If you aren't sure, go to weather.com ... that usually will help you look at the past histories of weather. However, Palm Springs is in the desert, so thats near summer time, so it'll be hot.

Are you going to Palm Springs to visit your grandparents? I sure hope so, for if you were going there, thinking that you were going to have an awesome time, you will be sorely disappointed.
The place is FULL of retired folks.
On the bright side, you can dine anywhere you like after 7PM. Cause the elderly fill up the restaurants at 5 in the afternoon, for the early bird specials.
Weather in March will be perfect! Warm & Sunny. Not too hot, but no need to pack a sweater, either.

Palm Springs is nice all year round , afternoons get windy though .Evenings really nice out by the pool...Lots of stars in the ski and on the ground. As for guys ,it all depends on where you go and what clubs you go into . Myself I take my family a lot so don't get to much time for the Bars. But there's lots to do . They have a neat Tram Ride you can go on as well .....Have fun.....
