No. You can not. To claim sexual harrassment, you have to be in a job environment where a boss or someone with the ability to affect your job is harrassing you with sexual comments that you dislike, or even if someone touches you or looks at you in a certain sexual and intimidating way. Or also in an environment where the offender has some type of authority over you. This person must be able to affect your job position or salary or make bad recommendations for a raise or new higher position. In such a case, you would be intimidated to request that the harrassment be stopped since you would not want to affect your job or get fired.

So there you go. Sorry you can't stop these adds ( I am assuming they are spam e-mail adds). I get them ALL the time, every day. Just delete them and try not to pay much attention since they are irritating but there is not much you can do.

No because it's not directed to you specifically.
By the way.........You may not want to have sex, but for the millions of people that have problems facing them due to ED or other problems this drug is actually a marriage saver, and relationship gift. Being in love and with someone that has problems with ED is no laughing matter, it's painful to admit and it hurtful in some respect to both men and women that desire the closeness intimacy. I wish...I would of been on the band wagon as an investor of the drug.

You don't have to look at the ads or commercials...just change the channel.
You don't hear men complaining about our TAMPONS, or Vaginal relief medications or PMS pills.
Find something else to complain about. Sorry if that sounds rude, it's not intended. Just being truthful.

You cant really get them for sexual harrassment, but if a telemarketer or something is harrassing you, then bluff them with threats of a lawyer. If that doesnt work, contact an attorney or legal aid for advice. Legal aid is for low income, if money is a problem. You have rights not to buy their product if they are personally bothering you at your home or phone.
