Go to a Sherriff's auction. When they confiscate all the greenhouse items when someone gets busted they sell it at auctions. You can really get good buys. We refitted and entire greenhouse at OSU for under 1000 bucks. They do take names, so if you are using it for illegal activities don't go down this road.
