this is a very excellent question. and you will likely see two types of questions. the first is a question from a religious standpoint, where they will mostly agree that nobody created God because God is God, and he is the creator and he created us. On the other side, you might get another answer from a more philosophical side. like maybe god doesn't exist, and it is just something that our minds have just created to believe. and who has created us? well, if we all knew, we wouldn't be here still trying to figure it out.

but to basically answer your question, i simply don't know.

Humans created God

It is a completely irrelevant question. We move in a dimension of time and space which began with the Big Bang and because we move THROUGH space IN time it is hard for us to imagine how things are in eternity, outside this material universe where there is no time. A bit like the problem people had before Newton explained gravity. People found difficult it to understand that really there is no Up or Down, it is only gravitational pull to an object. God has been there on what we call 'Always'.

Sorry, but I haven't a clue. Best not to ask questions and just accept that God exists. Wondering these things helps no mans faith.

Imagine this. Never beginning or never ending. Having No start and having no ending.
So you see the only way one can ever know who created God and so on is to meet God and ask of him this question. However, there is a catch. It is this. You have to believe in him and his son in order to meet him to be saved to be able to meet him in judgment. If you do as his son has ask the people's of this earth to do then you will get to meet him as part of him a child of God.
(Luk 18:17) Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.
(Mat 5:9) Blessed [are] the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
(Luk 20:36) Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
(Rom 8:16) The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
(Rom 8:21) Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
(Rom 9:8) That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these [are] not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
(Gal 3:26) For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

(Rev 12:5) And she brought forth a man-child, (Jesus)
who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron:
and her child was caught up unto God, and [to]
his throne. (Crucified on a tree (cross made of wood)
and raised from the dead then ascended into heaven.)

As A Child of God

No member of the Human race is superior to any other
member.God Love us all each and evry one
and none greater or none lesswer. Now if you want
to talk about the Children of God? NOW that race is superior.
Billions and billion of his children running around
all over this earth for 1000 years.
(Mat 5:9) Blessed [are] the peacemakers: for they
shall be called the children of God.
(Rom 8:16) The Spirit itself beareth witness with our
spirit, that we are the children of God:
(Rom 8:21) Because the creature itself also shall be
delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
(Gal 3:26) For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
(1Jo 3:10) In this the children of God are manifest,
and the children of the devil:
whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God,
neither he that loveth not his brother.
(1Jo 5:2 ) By this we know that we love the children
of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
(Luk 20:36) Neither can they die any more: for they
are equal unto the angels; and are the children
of God, being the children of the resurrection.
But you as a human can die. So how is one race superior to another
than that of the Children of God?
This is the Family of God and we are many.

my friend, your faculty of reason is applying infinite 'cause and effect' to your view of space and time. you cant move beyond what you can experience. why cant you easily entertain the idea (or fact) that the world is and was 'always there' and thats that? we do not necessarily 'have' to infer the idea of 'creation' at all.
