reparations....i always ask if i can get them too as my ancestors were quakers and lost everything because they helped free slaves and get them to the north. also the irish should also get reparations as they suffered far more as slaves than any others race...too, don't forget the american indians...i should get some of that too as i have several american indian ancestors, two that died when they were forced to the west on what is now called the trail of tears.. am i entitled...no...it was my ancestors who suffered not me, i made/make my own way in this world and the world does not owe me a thing.

sinfully sweet you are misguided blacks have suffered the most out any race in America. Have you seen any movies of slavery back in the day or pictures of white men smiling and standing around black people hanging from a tree branch? African Americans were taken from their land and brought to this country to be slaves and even after they were freed they were still slaves and discriminated against and killed just for being who they were. Slavery for black people didn't end until segregation was abolished in the 60's. But as for reparations I don't think anyone is entitled to it.

White rose, not all were taken kiddo! Many were sold by their own chiefs. Not all were from Africa either.
