Depends on which league your in? He's dual listed in Yahoo as TE/WR, so you can pick his slot. Most other leagues have him as a WR now. Maybe your league has adjusted his status?
He is killing all the real TE's statistically and maybe people who didn't snap him up have complained? I guess he was listed as a TE in camp?

In the NFL case, Marques Colston is not listed as a TE officially, so technically, Colston is not recognized as TE according to the NFL, but rather as a WR. Colston would have to play a few games (2 to 5 games) at TE in order for him to qualify for that position (starting the game as TE). Most league (within exception to Yahoo!) would recognized that and make Colston another WR in the league.
