I have four separate people that want to rent my house, together.

They all sign one lease. That way they are all, collectively, responsible for the rent and any damages. You could let each sign their own lease for 1/4 of the rent, but then, if one moves out, you get less money each month.
Better to put all of their names on one lease and they all sign.

Each person needs to sign the lease to rent the house. Then that makes each person responsible for 1/4 the rent. If someone doesnt pay you sue only that 1 person who didnt pay. If someone wants to leave the house before the lease is up then they must find a person to take over their portion of the lease that is acceptable to you and the 3 other housemates or else they cant move out.

You need to run a credit, criminal, and background check separately on all four individuals. They each must fill out the credit/background check form and each must sign a lease. You can include all four on one contract or have them sign individual ones.
You may contact the HUD, Housing Urban Development, in your area and the Tenants Union to receive info on your rights as a landlord and the rights of your tenants.

Have everyone sign a different rental agreement so they all are responsible for the entire rent. If one skips, the others are still responsible for the full amount. They can split payment to you any way they wish, but all are liable for the full amount.

If they are renting rooms, floors I would give each one a lease in order that each person know there space I would have a meeting with the group, but that sounds like its problems waiting to happen

All are equally responsible. If one moves out, they have to divide by three until they find a new roomate. The person that moves out early is not intitled to his portion of the security back.
My advise is don't do it. I did with just two and it was a bigger headache that it was worth.

when apartment complexes have multiple individuals leasing a space, they make each individual sign the lease.
