okay i need help finding a damn title for my resume i am gonna post on the web. .... iam going for medical administrative assisting....what should i put as my title?

Resume for John Q Smith (or whatever your name is).
Having prescreened large numbers of resumes, it makes life much easier for me, if I can see your name on the top ofthe resume - guess how that's likely to affect me in the selection process :-)
When I'm prescreening for a role - I know what the role is. You might put something in a cover letter - but I normally attach the cover letter to the back of the resume, until I get the numbers down to a managable size.
