Like the other guy said- walls don't leak- pipes do. You need to LOCATE the source of the leak first. It sounds like you have a plumbing problem which will be followed by a wall repair problem. In that order.
And you do not want water to leak for long so either get on it or call a professional. Water damage is a big, bad no-no anytime, anywhere.

Tear out the wall to get to the leak, fix it, then fix the wall.

we will need more information. for example do you think it is rainwater leaking in? or maybe a pipe in the wall leaking? is it in a basement?

Get the glue plaster and don't use a shovel to put it on use a paintbrush if that doesn't work use cement
