How about "Cocaine" by Eric Clapton (pro-use),
If you wanna hang out you've got to take her out.
Cocaine.
If you wanna get down, down on the ground.
Cocaine.

She don't lie, she don't lie, she don't lie;
Cocaine.

If you got bad news, you wanna kick them blues.
Cocaine.
When your day is done and you wanna run.
Cocaine.

Chorus

If your thing is gone and you wanna ride on.
Cocaine.
Don't forget this fact, you can't get it back.
Cocaine.

Chorus

Chorus

and "Rhyme and Reason" by Dave Matthews Band against use...

Oh well oh well so here we stand
But we stand for nothing
My heart calls to me in my sleep
How can I turn to it
’Cause I’m all locked up in this
Dark place - and I do not know
I’m good as dead
My head aches - warped and tied up
I need to kill this pain

My head won’t leave my head alone
And I don’t believe it will
’Til I’m dead and gone
My head won’t leave my head alone
And I don’t believe it will
’Til I’m six feet under ground

How long I’m tied up
My mind in knots - my stomach reels
In concern for what I might do or
What I’ve done
It’s got me living in fear
Well I know these voices must
Be my soul
I’ve had enough
I’ve had enough
Of being alone
I’ve got no place to go

Chorus
. . . In my grave
Lying wired shut and quiet in my grave
Leave me here
Leave it to me to waste here

So young here I am again
Talking to myself
A t.v. blares
Oh man oh how I wish I didn’t smoke
Or drink to reason with my head
But sometimes this thick confusion
Grows until I cannot bare it all
Needle to the vein
Needle to the vein
Take this needle from my vein my friend

Chorus
. . . In my grave
Lying lying cold in my grave
Reason - my reason
Take my head off this terror
I’m fearing I’ll come back
I’ll see
My mind’s all wiped clean
The needle
Make my great escape
I’ll see the cold in time
My head leaves me behind
Let me fade away

I seem caught in time
My head leaves me behind
Body falls cold
And I see heaven

For against the use of drugs, I'd use "This Time" by The Smashing Pumpkins. It was written about Jimmy Chamberlin, after his and Jonothan Melvoin's OD in 1996.

"For every chemical
You trade a piece of your soul
With no return
And who you think you know
Doesn't know you at all
Their drain is needless

Someday we'll wave hello
And wish we'd never waved goodbye
To this romance
We'll drink up every line
And shoot up every word
Till there's no more

Crashing down
Crashing down, my friends
Only love
Only love can win

So cry these tears
We'll cry as all
We've held so long to fall apart
As the curtain falls
We bid you all goodnight"

And there are plenty for the use of drugs. I'm sure you'll find one.

try www.lyrics.com or write it in Google page it should have some there.
i've got something, think its good.
Chorous]
I don't need to get high, some people do and some people die
The life that I live may not be that long
But while I'm alive I'll be healthy and strong

I think it's cruel and inconsiderate
When people huffin' and they puffin' on a cigarette
Then blow the smoke in the area that I breathe
Sometimes they blow it in my face when they talk to me
I'm not trying to tell you that you need to quit
But you need to show respect for the one you're with
And if that's an individual who doesn't smoke
You need to put the cigarette out before they choke
You started smoking ‘cause you thought that it was cool
Now you addicted and you don't know what to do
Yeah you addicted to a drug baby that ain't smart
Because it collapses your veins damages your heart
And your lungs are getting blacker than you've ever seem
That's the effect of tobacco and nicotine
See what I mean

I don't need to get high, some people do and some people die
The life that I live may not be that long, but while I'm alive I'll be healthy and strong

Ain't no wisdom in that alcohol
They say, “Do you want it?” and I say, “Not at all”
They tell me that I need to take a drink to be cool
I tell ‘em, “Man, I'm already cool. What's up with you?”
Now is you crazy or is it that you didn't know
That every time you drink the alcohol you loose control
Become abusive to all the people that you love
After your buzz, can't remember what you thinking of
Oh yeah that drug ruins people and their families
They want it to happen to me but that's a fantasy
How can this be? I'm feeling pressure from the left and right
I'm watching TV and they tell me to drink Bud Light
Wasn't subliminal I got the message loud and clear
They want me spending all my money on a can of beer
They must be crazy trying to trick me like some kind of fool
They get me laughing at those frogs and iguanas too
Now is it true that if I drink I'll be the man?
No, that's a lie, so me I got a different plan
So understand that my mind sees reality
Like Mortal Combat can you say “Fatality”
Them tactics work on other people they don't work on me
Being drug free is the way that I want to be
Say it with me

I don't need to get high some people do and some people die
The life that I live may not be that long, but while I'm alive I'll be healthy and strong

I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't need
To get high, I don't mess with the weed
And my heart bleeds when I see my people on their knees
Beggin' like they got an incurable disease
Addictions start with a sip of a drink, one puff of a smoke
So the people need to think
And I do, so do you and your crew
When they push drugs on you what you gonna do? SAY

I don't need to get high, some people do and some people die
The life that I live may not be that long, but while I ‘m alive I'll be healthy and strong

hope it helps...
