If you wanted to get laid so to speak then try Sweden...U don't need hookers just go for the very forward girls who love a nice guy. If I was going for the ladies who look out for you for the sexual satisfaction it would be a couple of Japanese geisha, they make sure that a man is well cared for especially to all his needs.
I have never been with a hooker or ladies of leisure as I call them but if you want to spend your money go to Thailand...they will tend to your every wish for whatever your loins have need for. They are true professionals.

I have to comment being a woman. It really should not matter to the person thinking this way because you might have other issues that might need attending to. Anyone in the world can give you Aids, Herpes, or any of these diseases. The person looking for Hookers might, in the future, graduate to hurting women and little children. Like I said, there are deeping issues that need attending to instead of looking for Hookers. With all due respect, you might need to really sit down with yourself and ask why you need a Hooker at all.
