It depends on where you are. If you're in an area where the weather is reasonably nice, consider a picnic or a walk together, followed by a nice dinner at home (a lot of pretty-good restaurants have take-away meals these days, you could call ahead to one of them and take it home with you so neither of you is stuck in the kitchen).

You might also see if you can't get someone to babysit for the evening and go to dinner and a movie, just the two of you. Parents need time to be alone sometimes, this could be a good time for that.

You don't say where your are which is all the difference. Near a city? Go to the zoo, art museum, natural history museum (kids love the dinosaurs). Take a picnic dinner and a bottle of wine to a beach (unless you're in Buffalo this weekend). Find a Fall festival - go see the color and find a road side inn for dinner. If he's working Sunday, something where you can be together with no stress would be nice.

If it is his birthday Sunday.. then buy him flowers with a note on it that will give him a brief description of what is planned. (maybe an invitation) I would suggest a park since u have the baby with you. Make arrangements with someone to bring the baby about an hour after you and your man have a picnic. drink champagne and eat strawberries.. then when baby arrives have him holding a bunch of balloons!! and a bag filled with balls, frisbees, and stuff u use at the park. doesn't cost loads, u have some privacy and then some family time. He will be so happy!

It depends on the weather, if it's a nice day it would be really nice to prepare a special birthday picnic, maybe take it to a park or by a river and just have lots of fun kicking a ball around with your toddler or playing on the swings. Have a really great day and don't forget to make that special birthday cake !

Depends where you live; Tillgate park is good, kids play area, animals, boating lake and a Brewsters with ok food and indoor play area. The seaside is a good one, especially if sand, paddling and fish 'n chips are involved (icecream only in the summer). Young kids are happy anywhere so long as their parents are both spending time with them and relaxing. Walk along a river, feed ducks, take a football to the park. Believe me i've been there; so long as its not pouring kids will love anything outside, (take wellies and an umbrella and they don't even mind the rain)

With a 19 month old? hmmm... I always thought it was fun to go to a park, or something like that. Pack a lunch and some snacks take a blanket or two and go to the park. I don't know where you are at, but here the weather is perfect for a day like that. Congrats on your anniversary!!! I hope ya'll have fun in whatever ya'll decide to do.

Go on a picnic, or to the local park or maybe even the local museum if you have one. Whatever you do, the fact that you are spending quality time together wherever you go is a truly wonderful day in itself even if its just to the local swings. Try doing a google for your area. Im sure you will find some ideas.

Go take a nice family walk in a park or something. Stop by somewhere for lunch or brunch or something. If you live near a big city, go walking around there. That is always nice.
