When my cousin told me about this I was shocked but, very fearful for her. She says the affair is over but, she can't part with his letters. I love both her and her husband and I'm afraid she will be discovered. I told her she MUST get rid of the letters and never speak of this to anyone. I will never speak of it again but, I'm still afraid for her marriage. I think she still wants to keep them. She says they will never be found but... What do you think?

I think it's a mistake for her to tell anyone else. I wouldn't even have told me if I were her. She can trust me but, if no one knows, then no one tells. It's always chancy to tell anyone.

Ivy, this site, she and I are anonymous. No one will ever know who we are. You are a very low life and very stupid! Ugh! You should 'hear' yourself. Disgusting! Slum dweller. People like you are a good reason for others to carry anti-bacterial lotions and sprays. Ugh! Yuck!

She likes to live dangerously, doesn't she? Obviously, her affair is a treasured memory to her, where it should be a much-regretted mistake. I think she should throw the letters away not only for the reason of not getting caught, but also for the psychological benefit of shutting that door forever and resolving forevermore to be faithful to her husband.

No she should not keep the letters yet if she does not want to get rid of them then tell her to give them to someone she can trust and will not use them against her later that way she can go to that person house to look at them when ever she wants and she does not risk in getting cought or her husband finding out about something that is over

If she loves her husband at all, get rid of them NOW! If both your cousin and the married man knew both their relationships were not working and they wanted to be together they'd be going down that path. If the married man just did it as a means of having something different then I believe it would be unhealthy for your cousin to be longing for someone who doesn't really appreciate her. I don't believe in being with someone just for the sake of it, even for the kids. NO ONE IS HAPPY IN THOSE SITUATIONS. Best to get rid of them and hope her deceit doesn't get the better of her. She should know what her husband is like and know whether she can live with the lie or not. It's a tough decision but she really needs to look deep into her happiness in life with her husband to know whether to say something or not. Good Luck.

If she is really wanting out of her relationship with her husband, she will keep them. Is she all there? Your sins will find you out, especially if you leave a road map.

Yes, she should definitely keep them. That way her husband can find out what a skank his wife is and divorce her.
