I buy my tests from www.early-pregnancy-tests.com They are really cheap, only a couple of dollars per test, come to your house within a week, and can tell you 6 days after conception. I got a positive result exactly 6 days after I ovulated. This was 9 days before my period was due, while the EPT that I had showed a negative result. All my friends use these tests now. If you order at least $15 dollars worth the shipping is free, so I order several at a time.

What's the best test to use? This seems to change periodically! Some tests are well-liked and then a "bad batch" comes out, and some tests are known for being duds but then switch manufacturers and redeem themselves. See the HPT Overview section for current comments on each brand.
If you are trying to detect a pregnancy 13 DPO or earlier, you probably want to use a more sensitive brand. Anything that detects 25 mIU/mL of hCG (English: anything that detects a tiny bit of pregnancy hormone) is good for early testing. See the HPT Overview section to see which tests are most sensitive and the HPT Showdown for a real-life comparison of 15 brands.
Surprisingly, cheap tests purchased at dollar stores or on the Internet are often more sensitive and reliable than expensive store brands. HPT's are like soda: very cheap to make, and marked up quite a bit for retail.
You can test 19 days from the day you think you became pregnant. Some say you can test 5 days before your missed period (which you can) but i did a full 7 days and got a positive! I was indeed pregnant. I used the answer test (Wal-mart). The ones that do come from the dollar store's do work.
Good luck

I still think this is not a good situation in which to have a baby. Why not wait? You are only 18! and why are you trying to conceive with someone you've only been intimate with for three weeks? and with someone who is in love with another woman? I still think you need to reconsider all this.
First Response is one of the earliest detectors on the market. Use first morning urine for best results and don't drink anything a few hours before bed the night before you take the test. I will be crossing my fingers for you that you are NOT pregnant!
good luck.

I used EPT and the results came in very light. (right after testing with ept) Then my husband went to the store for me and he bought First Response. Took that test and it came in dark. Got those results after going a second time. (You know it wasn't my first morning pee) So I thought that was good. They both showed positive. Just that I thought first response was better in the window than EPT. Goodluck

The most way to accurately is to wait until you are a week overdue for your period. Tests are relatively the same. Take the test in the morning as soon as you get up. Your urine will be most concentrated.
If you can get to your Doctor and ask for a blood HCG test.
100% accurate.

First Response is the only one I know of that you can test 5 days before your missed period. Having said that, you may have several false negatives before you get a positive if you are pregnant and you start testing 5 days before your period is due.

I use to think it was EPT but I have found that First Responce is much faster I think you can even test a few days before your missed period.
