OK GUYS...ANSWER WAS JUST ON FINAL PRACTICE ON SPEED.

They had a solid shock on the right rear of the car. Did not meet NASCAR RULES.
HE Will start 42nd I think they said.

Kurt Busch qualified third, but his #2 Dodge was later disqualified because his right rear shock did not meet NASCAR specifications. He will now start 42nd. He will still race though.

Probably because he's an ******. My landloard attends 4 or 5 races a year and said that the Buschs' get booed all the time. They're not really liked are they? I quit watching racing after Rusty retired but I'm getting back into it next year when Toyota enters the fray. Go TOYOTA!!

There is nothing on nascar.com about him being disqualified.
