it means 'no question left unanswered' so in other words - they got the answer they were looking for, i'm assuming after a dopla, and there is no doubt that the outcome of the test was correct,

'Quoad ultra denied' is a legal term originating in Scottish law. In plain English, it means that a person cannot deny something they previously said, if someone else acted on what was said and their position was changed. How this related specifically to DVT I'm not sure - it's all about context.

that sounds like a doctor's shortspeak...so I am guessing here, but perhaps an ultrasound of the quadraceps was negative for dvt? You should ask whoever wrote that bit.
