They make ovulation kits that you can buy from the store to tell you when you are most likely to get pregnant. More than that though, you have to relax a bit. If you are constantly focused on getting pregnant, it is less likely to happen due to the stress you are putting on yourself. Relax, have a romantic evening and let the night happen.

As others have mentioned you want to pinpoint the most fertile time in your cycle - when you ovulate. This is typically two weeks from the first day of your last period. This can vary individual to individual, so you may want to try to get an even better idea of when you're ovulating.
One easy way to find out if you are ovulating is to monitor your basal body temperature with a special thermometer. Your body temperature rises about 1/2 degree when you ovulate, thus you can pinpoint the time that you ovulate by monitoring your temperature throughout your cycle. It's easy to do, just pick up a basal temp thermometer from your local drug store. Each morning, BEFORE you get out of bed take your temperature and record it, along with the date and day of your cycle (The first day of you period is day 1, women have a 28 day cycle on average). The website below has a free chart you can download to use to record and track your temperature.
There are also ovulation detection kits, which can be pricey, but might be helpful in pinpointing your ovulation and thus finding out when you are most likely to conceive. This website may help:

If you were taking birth control pills prior to trying to conceive it may be that you haven't ovulated yet. It takes an average of 6 months for a woman to get pregnant after being on birth control. The good news is that most people are successful within the first year. If it's been longer than a year, than it's probably time to talk to your doctor about fertility testing.
Good luck!

Yes, don't try get a new job and try to go to school or something lol worked for me when I decided to give up.
Really though if you are having sex alot that can be a problem you really only need to have sex every 3 days that gives the mans sperm count enough time to get back up where it should be. Other than that can't think of anything to help. Good luck!

You need to forget about getting pregnant and just enjoy the sex - then it'll happen. Putting mental stress on yourself to get pregnant won't help you conceive.
When you're done with the lovin', lie on your back for a few minutes - help the sperm get there before standing up and gravity drags them out of you!!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I don't know if you want to try this but I got pregnant when my husband took some capsules named "Yohimbe". Trust me they stay with an erection for hours and it'll feel good to you. That's how I concieved.I had been having sex for 8 years and now i have a baby boy.

I always found it helpful after sex for you to put a pillow under your lower back so that you prop your lower end tilted upward. Stay like that for 30 minutes and it gives the sperm a little extra time to find a good hiding place or gives them an edge towards traveling to the egg.
I was successful in two pregnancies using that technique.

are you making sure that you are ovulating when you are trying? i aws just watching a show about this last nigh. there are signs to tell when you are ovulating. like you have this muccus (discharge) that will be very sticky, thick and white. it will be obvious when you go to the bathroom youll see it on the tp or on your underwear. sperm can live up to 5 days in your body, but the egg only lioves about 18 hours . its reccomended that you start trying when you have signs of ovulation for about a week i believe. and dont do it every day. that reduces his sperm count.
