when we look @ an object,where does the final image appear and who see it??

It refracts on the back of the eye on the retina as an upside down image and you should see it if you're not blind. Your brain automatically corrects the image and makes it appear right side up.

You "see " it in the very act of seeing. Their is no little homunculus in your head to see it for you.
