The Suzuki is an outstanding software bike for hauling someone to paintings and reduce back and short journeys round. The Kaw is somewhat tuned up a touch hotter and could maximum likely outrun the 650. i'm a fan of the Boulavard S-40. i imagine with paintings it would want to personalize ok. it is low fee and is and a software and a particular activity bike. i like it, flow with the 650.

I had the Suzuki single jug 650 (Savage). It was a good bike, but it lacked power at highway speeds. The Kawi 500 may give you a bit more since you have two jugs moving. If you want to avoid getting run over on the open road, consider something with a little more get up and go... I got a Kawi 1500 and love it. :)
Good luck!

Both bikes will have simple upkeep. The Kawasaki will have more power and do better on trips.I had a Kawasaki 454 whitch almost the same as the 500 and it was a damn good bike and more power than most people need.Bottom line is...ride what you want just ride safe.

Buy the Boulevard 50 Cruiser. Much nicer bike with water cooled engine.

Yes. Water-cooled engines always last longer & make more consistent power. Of course they ar ealso slightly harder to maintain, but not much. Go with the Kawasaki.

i say that unless you plan to ride long distance it doesnt matter that you have a radiator. i have rode trips up to 100 miles straight no stop in the middle of summer in the south with an air cooled two stroke street bike with no problems.
