Since the sun IS a G2 star with slow rotation, I would thing there would be no differences. It would be all similarities. Similar temperature, size, composition and probably age.

Most of them. In undergraduate astronomy classes, the professor usually makes his students solve the equations of stellar structure (and the equation of hydrostatic equilibrium) for the mass fraction, luminosity profile, density profile, and temperature profile of the non-magnetic, non-rotating sun. You'd be surprised at how similar the result is to the real sun.
