I think of it as a sexual deviation. Whether it is an orientation or not it still includes the participation of an unwilling partner. No matter what they say, any one underaged is an unwilling partner even if they seem to have agreed to the act. Calling it a sexual orientation is an attempt to legitimize it (which is what NAMBLA tries to do).
