all good advice here but also, if you're using a full set vs. individual, trim the edges to match the size of your lid. better quality lashes will also curve to your eye better, cheap ones tend to pop up on the corners regardless of the gluing method.

first off....take your time...it will probably take a couple of attempts for you to be comfortable.

Put the glue on the fake eyelashes. Use a tweezer to hold the lashs...then align the lashes to your eyes...just above your own eyelashes. Use the tweezers to help press the two lashes together for nice firm attachment. Use mascara to help the lashes blend together.

take the glue empty some of it on something flat. Take the lashes one at a time depending if you have individuals or two separate lashes, then slide or dip the ends of the lashes where the seam is, allow to dry a little so no extra glue will clump. Then place carefully at the base of your lashes, not to far end, remember to trim to fit. mascara on top and bottom of your lashes first. Then apply more if needed. Not too much though. moderation is best.

use a toothpick to put a THIN line of eyelash glue on the eyelash. then use tweezers to put the eyelash on your eye, and always work from the outside to the inside of your eye. line up the eyelashes with your real eyelashes, so it won't look weird or fake.

use a toothpick, and dip the tip in a little glue, then pick the eyelash up with it , then attach it between lashes using the toothpick

Note: it takes a little longer to use single lashes as opposed to a full lash set, but it looks much much better,
