Buy a weight gainer drink at a health store. You can gain weight without eating crap food also increase your protein and carb intake (lean meats and multi grain breads and pasta) Seriously!!! See a Doctor or a certified nutritionist!!! excessive gain could be damaging to your health (so can being under weight) seek professional assistance if this is a serious question.

i'd suggest that u only gain weight if ur underweight but anyways if u wanna gain weight and fast DONT JUST EAT UNHEALTHY FOODS AS MC DONALDS u dnt wanna put on just fat each loads of fruit dnt skip meals! each lots of breakfast bars during the day and lot of vegetables, pasta potatoes,and meat. what every yo do just coz u wanna put on weight DONT RUSH TO MC DONALDS PLZ itz bad 4 ur health n stuff! XxX

I used to have that problem....for a long time i was so skinny.
I started working out at a gym...mostly weights and ate a big dinner every night...I worked out every other day and ate regular food...and gained weight.
Dont think if you eat fat foods you will gain weight...that doesnt work and you feel crappy.Trust me it worked for me.
Work out (weights) and eat reg food...I went from 95llbs to 115lbs in 6 months.

There is NOOO magic food that makes you gain wieght! If you want to gain wieght than do it safely! Don't just eat yourself sick!!!!! Just as long as you stay healthy! Ask a doctor even! I might not be much help since I'm only 12! Hope I helped!

try eating a lot of potatoes and exercise some to stay tone my cousin did it in order to gain weight to play football

Try eating more than you usually do, or eating extra dessert.
When you're going grocery shopping, try replacing half of the vegetables with junkfood, like icecream and potatoe chips.
When buying milk, replace it with chocolate milk. Make you also eat the food!!!! LOL

You go to McDonalds, Burger King, Hardee's, and other fast food places! Then You eat as much as you can in each meal! Yum!
