By "shring" do you mean shrink?

What is "crazy"? A sense that you are not at peace? Agitated, anxious, upset, and having little tolerance?

There is something in your life, or someone, that is stimulating some repressed trauma within your MIND, and your MIND is scattering your attention to avoid you discovering what your MIND is seeking to keep hidden by such scattering of your attention.

Try this: paper with pencil, jot down about when this " getting crazy" began. What was going on in your life about that time? Is there something that has happened that you are unable to let go, or someone you are unable to forgive? Mind you, these are just excuses for not centering or being at peace within yourself. What is actually going on is some fear is trying to surface, and your MIND is seeking to prevent this... and all the things going round and round in your head is your MINDs way of keeping you focused on the merry-go-round and off what it wants to keep hidden.

If you can find someone who can just listen and not try to "fix" you, then use that person to talk at about what is going on at an emotional level within yourself. The more honest you can be, the more your MIND will try and frighten you... but at your core, you are perfectly OK.... and it is important to remember this.

What needs to be "touched" within your MIND realm is some misperception. Some painful memory from early childhood, that needs to be acknowledged. Hard work, but you are worth it, and you are also OK.... despite how much your MIND will attempt to scare you.

Peace

I have the same problem sometimes....This have been working so far:
Philippians 4:6-9
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.
(hey! by the way,the word "PEACE" used here comes from the hebrew word "SHALOM" that means completeness, safety, health, prosperity, contentment, frienship (with God and human relationships)....
Is up to you if you want to pay somebody to analize you or believe this....

Maybe you should talk to someone else. Most people give up on therapy before it gets a chance to do them some good. They are used to instantaneous results.

Go to another therapist (preferably a clinical psychologist with a Ph.D.). Based on what you said it's difficult to determine what your condition might be.

Just relax. Look at the bright side in things. You'll be fine if you only relax.
