Most of the qualities you mention should be heavily qualified. For example, I do not believe that God is omnipresent. Furthermore, he is omniscient in that he knows all that is possible to know. God may be almighty (pantokrator) rather than omnipotent but I would agree that he is omnibenevolent without qualification.
However one perceives matters, the narrative in Genesis pins the blame on humans: the human will is the efficient cause of wicked or good acts. There is no way that God could have given free will to humans and guaranteed that humanity would always do what is virtuous and never do that which is vicious. There are good reasons that God permits man's inhumanity to man or natural disasters. Read 2 Peter 3:9-15.

The infinite does not exist. Nothing inifinite has ever been found. NOTHING. Simple logic easily demonstrates that it is simply impossible to be omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, or omnibenevolent. Not a one is possible in the remotest way.
Take even one of the proposed explanations - 'God cannot interfere with evil because it would reduce our ability to exercise free will'. The word 'cannot' is completely incongrous with omnipotence. If God were omnipotent, he would have a way to do such things and still preserve free will, even if we have no idea how that could be. Anything less than the ability to do ANYTHING means no omnipotence.
Of course, even if God does have none of your proposed qualities, the problem of evil is still hardly resolved. But it does end up rephrasing the question substantially. Instead of assuming nothing is impossible, you have to determine how many and which things they are.

Is it possible that it is not indiscrimenate at all and results from karma and attachments to the maya and illusion? How would we ever learn anything or gain in wisdom if there were no obstacles or struggles? The human race only progresses when there is tension present to propel it forward. The so called suffering or avoidance of such provides experience and compassion. Do you allow your children to learn how to ride a bike or roller blade? Any activity contains a risk of one sort or another but without the risk, the learning can't take place.

Man's inhumanity to man is allowed by free will, always has been, and it will be till the second coming. This free will we have is given by The Almighty for a good reason; we decide to follow "His way" or not. For God to take away our free will to love or not, for God to force us to do what he wants is a mockery of worship. To allow us the freedom to worship God is a true love. This means that you have the freedom to do evil. This does not mean that you get away with it. Life is eternal and in the end of this life here on earth you spend forever with Our Almighty Father or not. The alternative is hell. You decide here and now. Where you go with your life is all your decision. When you die and stand before God either he will know you or not and if he does then "Welcome home"
I hope this helps you in your question.

I think those descriptions about god are all created by our limited mind. We don't know the truth about god. We just keep on believing and having faith to ease our fear of dying and being nothing. Our greedy mind cannot fathom the indescribable. We are the ones destroying ourselves by our greed and worshiping exclusiveness. I think we don't have to blame anybody and wait for the help from what you call god to stop our sufferings. We have to stop our selfishness and move towards harmony. Each one of us must understand that we are the ones making our world chaotic. Each one of us must change our view about life, we are going to destruction. We don' have to wait others to change and help us because no one will help except ourselves.

I'm sorry I don't know his name but someone in philiosophy said that God can only be two of these things. All-Knowing, All Powerful, and All-Loving. God can only be two of these, if God was all three there would be no suffering in the world.

If god is real, I think he watches us like we watch reality tv. It wouldn't be entertaining or worth watching without the drama and human misery. Or maybe God just created us but then moved on to something else and doesn't pay attention to us anymore.

Edited: Free will, given to us by God, allows mankind to do whatever it is we wish to do. Rapists, murderers, drunk doctors killing patients on the operating table, it's beyond God's control.
As for acts of nature such as a tsunami, earthquake, volcanic eruption where many people die; It's not for us to ask God why things happen like this, but to deal with the loss and look for any hidden lesson that we may learn from. Everything happens for a reason, be it karma or a divine lesson.

He also gave us all free will ( the freedom to be just as mean and rotten to each other as we want; the freedom to curse his name worship his enemy and to degrade ourselves to no end and the freedom to show courage in the face of adversity the compassion to help out a stranger and a understanding that forgives our trespassers ).
Would you now wish him to take all of that back?
