asking if all the kids were in their beds because it was now 8:00 how come nobody ever arrested him?? I mean the guy sounds a wacky don't you think

No more wacked than Pee Petey Pissy, running around the town in his white, fly panel Fruit of the Looms, peeing on all the people's front porches at 2:00 in the morning...and he WAS arrested.

This is based off of a historical "curfew" that was set. I believe it was the town crier who did this.

I wish I could tell you more, but it's been years since I did any research on nursery rhyme history...
