I have been there. There is nothing you can really do. Have you tried padded bras? At Victoria's Secret they have a bra that is called the very sexy softly padded. It is what I wore from 8th grade until I had a breast augmentation surgery last year. Don't worry if they never get big you can get a augmentation. But remember that once you start wearing a padded bra you have to do so every day!! otherwise people can tell. Also, during the summer when you are wearing swimsuits there are these silicone breasts that you get a Dillard's or Macy's and you can get a triangle top swimsuit and make a small cut on the inside and wiggle those in there and they look real! make sure to tie the strings tight!! I hope this helps! Being flat chested can be traumatic! :)

Within the next 3 years, your period will surely come and you'll be wishing you were 13 again...trust me. Breasts come with age. I was flat as a board at 13, but now I'm 22 and I'm a C cup! A good way to predict your future breast size is to take a look at your mom...you'll probably be similar. In the meantime, you can get padded bras...but don't go overboard, you'll just look silly. But don't worry, everything is in he process of happening real soon. Lastly, don't worry about what you look like next to your friends. You are you, and that's what makes you special. There are many gorgeous celebrities who hardly fit into an A cup and they're absolutely beautiful. Breasts aren't everything! Many guys actually find legs much more attractive, or eyes. Accept yourself the way you are and that will be most attractive. But if you're so hung up on the breast issue, then speak to your mom/dad/guardian about getting a padded bra.

Take it from me. The longer you wait for your period the longer you will be happy. If you have breasts then your period shall be coming shortly. It was about 3 years after I started getting breasts that I had my first period. If you don't have yours by the time you are 16 then see a doctor but right now it seems you are on course. Maybe you should ask your mom when she started her's it is usually about the same time.

I'm sorry honey, all you can do is wait. It's one of the few things left in this world that is still entirely left up to nature. What you can do is make sure you won't delay the onset of your period buy eating healthy and being active. Trust me, when your period comes....it comes every month for the next 50 or so years. It'll become annoying to you soon enough. There will be times you will wish you didn't have it. Until then, enjoy your life the way it is. Don't rush growing up, you'll miss your youth when it's gone. I felt the same way you do when I was young. You have the rest of your life to worry. Don't worry about this.

I, like you was in a hurry to start my period....well, once you start, it keeps on a coming.....so don't hurry up growing up.

Eating a healthy diet will help some. And breasts....all that they are is fat. If your mom has small breasts, you might too. You can always wear a padded bra...when you get older, breasts usually sag....so the smaller you are the perkier your breast will be when you are older.

Unfortunately, this happens at different times for all girls so there's no way to make it sooner or later. Don't worry... I was the last one of my friends to get my period, and had the smallest chest until college. Just be patient, and enjoy not having to deal with bigger bras and tampons!

Well for most women they do not get their period until they reach 105 lbs, it is some kind of magic number for the body and getting your period. Though I can't say this is true for everyone, it is true for a large number of women.

I was the same way when I was younger. Don't worry you will grow in no time. And you will probably get your period soon. Don't be in such a rush for it!
