Bussiness activity idea?

Question

I am a senior in high and live in kentucky so in our AP class we have to come up with an idea for about 250 students that are in bussiness and communication academy for an activity for them to do, we can go somewhere, have someone come to school, and it has to take a whole day anyone has any idea? Thanks a lot!
