well my favorite non-reality would be Monk. Reality wise i like the First 48, Dallas Swat, Cold Case files, American Justice, Dr. G Medical examiner.

I agree. I like "The First 48", but I can't get into Dallas SWAT yet.
But a little off the beaten track, I also like Autopsies on HBO, and Snapped on Oxygen (some of those women are psychotic!)

Dateline, "To Catch a Predator". I think that show is great to do. These stupid men, say all this crap, and then say later, oh, ah, well, i didn't do that. I wanted to check on her. I also like when the get caught and tackled to the ground.
