No. If it were permanently damaged, you wouldn't feel anything at all. Your body is probablly just trying to repair whatever damage was done.

The "pinched" nerve in the foot wll likely heal in several days on its own. It is not likely you damaged it permanently. If you have a neuroma this is a different concern that requires medical attention.

If pressure on it is relieved and it is restored to normal, parathesias should cease.
