I am looking for any movies that deal with self-mutilation, if anyone knows of any and where I can get them please let me know. THANKS

Buy the movie "Thirteen".
It is an edgy and provacative documentary-like independant movie about a single mother rainig a 13 year old daughter. It shows the struggles and challenges they face, as well as the different roads each of them travels. It shows their coping skills, their lack of better coping skills, the consequences and results of their behaviors. The daughter resorts to "cutting" as a way to deal with adversity in her life. It's an eye-opener for anyone who has daughters, or who plans on it.

I hope that this fits what you are looking for. If you meant something else, like ritual scarring or tribal rights of passage by ways of self mutilation (stretching earlobes, piercing body parts, or feet-binding) you might have better luck searching for tribal/cultural customs, and/or rights of passage among various cultures.
