I say Delhomme. Atlanta's offense is predicated on the run, either by Vick (who is a lousy passer) or Warrick Dunn. The Carolina D can shut it down. The Atlanta secondary is weak however, and since you are more likely to get points from a QB in FF via the pass, I would start Delhomme.

with Quarterback you should never consider which Defences they are going against, the better player will always find a way, Vick is better and more versitile, he can run and pass, he just hasent had too pass yet
