Pass out! Get an attorney and financial planner, Then pay off your debts, put trust funds up for you children. Invest some. Plan for the future and then do what you wish I suppose.
I would probably do all the above and also help my friends and family. Take a nice vacation, start a business and work and then just live. but that's me...

well i would make sure my parents house was paid off and i owned my own then party give some to charity i suppose but you know all the low liefs you have known in your past will come out of the wood work if they know you have money so........ get a body guard lol

Pay about half in federal/state/local taxes.
Then Put the half of the half in safe longterm investments depending on your age. Have fun with the money that is left.

Hmmm...I dont know about you, but I would Put some of it in a charity, buy a lexus, and a rece car fill my house with flat screen tvs and if I have leftover save it.... I know not very interesting...
