You'll only get arrested if you're caught. So do it quietly. Slingshots are quiet so that's a great idea. And if you want a villain name, make sure you space out your assaults over a period of time. Try to resist the urge to kill 'em all at once. Soon you'll achieve Dee-globalization and have a cool serial globe-striker name! Good luck!

Why go for a ready-made one? If you live in a snowy area, why not do what they do in parts of Scandinavia and make a globe out of snowballs. They leave some gaps near the base for air to get in, then light a large candle inside. It looks beautiful as the candle light comes through the thinner areas of snow.

If you're in the UK, Makro have got them for £69.
If you haven't got one yourself, you'll need to find somebody who's got a trade card for Makro, as they're a wholesalers for traders and businesses, and aren't open to the general public.

Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target. They all carry them.
You may want to try Ebay.com also. They may have them cheaper than the stores.
