I know that many people, if not all of em, will say Dr.Doom because of his intellect, sorcery powers, and armor. That's a good assumption, but however, they forget that Spidey always finds a way to win or survive. He fought the Juggernaut and while he didn't pound him into a pulp, he found a way to stop Juggy by luring him into a large , wet cement floor and trapping him.
Spidey would find a way to defeat Dr Doom eventually. Spidey will fight until there's nothing left to give. Dr Doom would gloat about how he thinks that he has Spidey down and out, while all the time, giving Spidey time enough to fund a way to pull his fat out of the fire.

Well since Spiderman is basically a kid with only spider strength and a limited amount of webbing in his wrist shooters.
Where as Dr. Doom is a Scientist, a Engineer, Wears Powered Battle Armour (like Ironman) whose battle armour also has weapons integrated in the suit. The good doctor is also as it happens a Sorcerer (like Docter Strange and Dr. Strange's arch nemisis).
If the doc ever had to go head to head & toe to toe with the webhead, . . . which they have at times crossed paths, in the past. The doc would win in any skirmish, and has beaten the webhead in early issues (before you were born).

By the way, I don't suppose you knew, but Dr. Doom isn't a badguy, he is actually one of the goodguys, and spiderman is really a vigilante - a rouge, quasi-super hero. Since spidey isn't in a higher Class as superheros are rated.
Spiderman is only a third stringer,...
While the Doc is actually a ranked Super Villian when hes being a bad, and a formidable Superhero when he is being good.
Suppose, when spiderman ever grows up, will he ever be a real superhero or will he only hang out in his hood, and not challenge the real supervillians that menace the world.

Dr Doom all the way there. Come on, what does sabortooth have on him? Juggernaut would pound Venom in to a pulp. And Apocalypse would just flat out crush Magneto. Wolverine for sure. He could slash through the armor like it was butter. Iron man may be able to keep him away for a while, but Wolverine would soon catch up. This one, I'd have to say the Professor. Spider-man is too much of a wuss. Hulk would win for sure. What could ice man do? Freeze him? For how long? Hulk would eventually get free, and just pound him like crazy. I'm going to have to go with the Phoenix. Come on, that's not even a challenge.

Spider-man would not defeat Dr. Doom, but he would annoy the living crap out of him and successfully thrwart Doom from getting the object of world domination that Doom was likely trying to acquire at the time.
If Dr. Doom did pin Spider-man down, he would likely spare his life because Spider-man stopped a Latverian suicide bomber from killing Doom a couple years ago and the debt, I believe, is still unrepaid.

This is such a mismatch.
spiderman is no more to dr. doom than a fly is.
Doom is the smartest and most powerfull human in marvel.
Spiderman wouldn't stand a chance at all. Spiderman is no match for Iron Man and Iron Man isn't a match for dr. doom. He admits that.
