I would buy the Oakland Raiders for only 2 reasons
They should be reasonably priced here they are right now
It would be a great challenge to help turn around that franchise
Don't get me wrong it does not make me any less of a Patriots fan I am mainly looking at the business aspect of this.

I'd buy teams in different states such as Wyoming and Idaho (where they don't have pro teams) to liven up the population.
