It’s a sad day today.
I am playing online poker as normal but there are no Americans to be seen. What is detail of the new law that’s been passed banning Americans from using overseas Internet sites? How much was paid in Kickbacks by the gambling lobby to get this bill through? How the hell could they justify it? It really sucks. We miss you guys. Land of the Free??? Not any more.

you have posed an thrilling question, an theory that on the exterior looks a clever interpretation of the form (mandatory wellness care is unconstitutional). i've got faith that relies upon upon how the regulation is written. to illustrate, it extremely is unconstitutional for the feds to mandate a 21 365 days old eating age, yet that's strictly what they did. they (under the conservative idol Ronald Reagan) linked the disbursement of highway funds (that's the federal function) to states that had a 21 365 days old eating age. so as that they worked a fashion around the form. If the feds mandate issues in a fashion that hyperlinks investment to states based on the guy states imposing some sort of centralized and effortless wellness care equipment, i think of the regulation will fly, for comparable logical reasons. And no offense to three of our incredible fellow answerers, yet every physique that lived for the period of the 8 years of Bush-Cheney is obviously using selective theory in even thinking that liberals are accountable or extra in all probability to violate the form than conservatives and republicans. I won't even point out Richard Nixon (oops sure I did) and that i already pronounced RR. And sure, i ought to as definitely by out liberal and dem examples, yet my factor became that such push aside for the guideline of regulation isn't a liberal in basic terms affliction.

I'm not sure its as much corruption as it is the government trying to take more and more of our liberties and freedoms away. The US government sucks, and is getting worse. Each day we move closer to a authoritarian system. And the real problem is that none of us Americans do anything. Fellow Americans open your eyes and see your freedoms being taken away. Don't stand for it.

Unfortunately that's the way it is my friend. Of course, it's not called corruption its lobbying. Small amounts of kickbacks are corruption < $10,000 anything above and beyond is successful lobbying and looking after your interest.
How do you think big business thrives in this world, hard work?
