It doesn't seem like anyone has taken into consideration that you are serious and that this is no joke. Honestly there are many STD's out there but that might not be what it is, it could be the pigmentation of his skin. But to be on the safe side I would go see a doctor and if you are able to talk about things openly, ask him to go too. I wish you the best of luck on this and forget what all of these people who think this is a joke are saying... Talia

if he isn't Michael Jackson or suffering from his condition, then it could be any number of things. Whiel it might be an STD (some serious and some not) it could also be nothing more than hair follicles or a few ingrown hairs or something equally innocent. So, I would not jump to any wild conclusions but I would talk to him about yoru observations and see what he might know. And if he is as unknowing as you, then maybe he needs to get a thorough check-up from his doctor.

I can't seem to...urggghhh...bend over just enough to check out mine and see what you may be talking about.
However...as long as you seem to know how to conduct an inspection of these babies...care to take a gander at mine and let me know what you think?
I can tell you this. I don't think that they have any white spots but I have a hard time keeping them from tarnishing because they're made of brass.
Other than Brasso---any suggestions baby?

Dear Fiance:
The white spots are most likely caused by a fungus, it doesnot cant and any antifungal cream can carry it way! It would probably be best if he go take a bacterial blood test or see a doctor, but most white spots on testicles are caused by fungus, heat and sensitive clothing!
Good luck!

it could be HPV.. Genital human papillomavirus (HPV) is a sexually transmitted virus. There are more than 30 types of genital HPV that can infect the genital area of men, including the skin on and around the penis or anus
There are currently no tests approved to detect early evidence of HPV-associated cancers in men, as there are for women (Pap tests). Nonetheless, since anal cancer is more common in gay, bisexual, and HIV-positive men, some experts recommend routine anal Pap tests for those populations. The anal Pap test is used to find abnormal cells in the anus (caused by HPV) that could turn into cancer over time. However, it is not yet clear that finding and removing abnormal cells from the anus will effectively prevent anal cancer from developing in the future. CDC does not recommend anal cancer screening.
he sould go to the DR seriosly!!! cuz he can infect you.. take care!!!

Instead of relying on answers from strangers about a serious health issue, you should be making a doctor appointment right now. Until he agrees to go, don't let his dangling dingles touch you!

If he has similar spots on the rest of his body, it is just a harmless skin iritation or bacteria.
Most STD's on guy show up around the openinig, I don't know of any that show up on the seeds.
