When I was in kindergarten I remember singing this song. Now that I am older (I like to think not by much) the words have faded with my childhood. These are the only to parts I remember...
"The witch is stirring her brew" and "The cat is black and that's a fact".
I know this is not much to go on but any help would be appreciated. I would like to teach this song to my stepson, so he can sing it to his friends at our Halloween party. Thanks!

Ah yes, an old favorite of mine, too! The title is "It's Halloween!" and here are the words:
The witch is stirring her brew
The cat is black and that's a fact!
Bippity boppity boo
One more word and you'll get smacked!
uh-huh uh-huh
uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh
It's Halloween!
