you go to a store that has a lotto sign and buy a ticket.then you wait for them to announce the numbers and if your numbers are chosen you win

Goota be in it to win it, is the logo for the California Lottery. You have to play and play often. The odds of winning really aren't that good but people who play faithfully are usually the ones who win.

Its all random....Cross your fingers and don't get disappointed if you don't win anything. The big money only seems to go to old people who will never be around long enough to spend it! Coincidence?

If its over 600 dollars you have to claim it at your state lottery office. read the back of ticket it tells you what to do. and don't forget to sign it.
