I was in the New Forest recently when a pack of wild New Forest Ponies came thundering around the corner. I grabbed the dog by the collar, dragged him onto some ferns and crouched low. If we had been a couple of feet closer, we would have been trampled!! Very scary!

I have never been attacked, but I saw my mum getting attacked by a chicken. She's so scared of chickens, because she got pecked a lot when she was a child by her neighbour's chickens. She was screaming her lungs off, then I took a closer look to find that the chicken was just standing on her hand and was not attacking her.
She's also scared of pigs, because her neighbour's pigs chased her when she was a kid.
Does that count?

i dive with sharks and although they get a bit too close sometimes i never see it as an attack. i am in their territory, not mine. they have a right to defend it.
sharks will 'mouth' a strange object or being but this is only to identify it. it uses its mouth to judge the shape, size, power, ferocity and taste of a being. it doesnt just go into 'attack mode'. oooo i get carried away with sharks. they deserve a better respect than that which they are given. x

A goose chased me, hissing all the while and I hid in a shed 'til it went away. A blue jay scratched my face and I cried. Also a swan, it flapped about, once again hissing all the while. I hate bloody birds!
