Would you care if all slugs were extinct becuse I hate slugs?

I don't like them either but if they were to all die out so would so many other living creatures and parasites that rely on the slugs for survival. Think about it slugs are necessary. Research what they do and why and you may start to have a newfound appreciation for slugs. I did that with snakes, I learned how they reproduce, how they live etc and I am happier for knowing this, makes me less squeemish

ok one night i was sitting with some friends on the deck around the pool we were all chillen having a good time and i got up n everyone was screaming ew and pointing at my butt, so when my friend told me i sat on something i grabbed her and was screaming get it off and ended up pushing her in the pool by accident then when i felt it i had no idea it was a slug it was just slimy i got so grossed out i threw up then everyone left and i smashed that damn slug for ruining my night. so yeah i dont care if they r extinct

slugs eat leaf litter, dead flowers etc... all that stuff lying around on the ground. it's part of nature's housekeeping and turning trash to good soil.
slugs do NOT turn into snails, btw.
and slugs do not blowup when salted, but salt will cause them to dehydrate and die.
i can't figure out what use there is for mosquitoes and ticks, though. does the world really NEED bloodsuckers?

Yes.
because there is a very important balance in nature and ecerything serves a purpose, if all the slugs died then that would indicate something seriously wrong in the whole balance of nature, which would be worrying

i realy dont know what good slug are so why not wait do slug turn in to snails cuzz i like snails

they probably from some kind of vital function to the survival of the planet so yes I would care---roaches can all become extinct though

They have a reason for being here but i haven't figured that part out. Like mosquito's flies gnats lawyers politicians
