All I can do when I turn my computer on is access bios, then it goes straight to a blank screen.
Cant access safe mode or anything.

PLEASE HELP

Sounds like you have a bad hard drive. Did you press PF12 at the beginning to see if you could get to the bios? PF1 would should allow you to come up in a safe mode. If nether works you might have a bad hard drive. Buy a new one and start over.

Blank screen can mean corrupted software. You can try using the windows CD and trying a repair. If that does not work you can reload right over what is there. Be forewarned, however, that you will also have to reload every program even though you will not lose your data as you are not formatting the drive. This could be sign of a bad drive or could also have happened after you loaded something new (incompatible driver).

I read in Dell technical help to tap F8 while it tries to boot? Good luck.

Try swapping some Ram. Can you hear the HD spin up? Best of luck! :-

as soon as ur pc i booting up us shd press f8 key continously
OS menu comes thn ur pc is alive else u might hav a bad hardware
