Alltel prepaid plan offers a bluetooth phone for ONLY $29.99 and it's Nokia 2865i! The prepaid plan is called "U prepaid" by Alltel and it has 3 options: pay-by-minute, or pay-by-day, or pay-by month.
The pay-by-day is the best buy since it only charge you 75 cents per day AND you can choose 2 FREE features from "Unlimited free nights and weekend calls", or "Unlimited mobile to mobile calls", or "Unlimited text messaging", or "unlimited One favorite phone number call".

Not sure if any of the Prepaid ones have it, but Cingular Wireless has one - the Motorola Razr V3 Camera phone has bluetooth and there are a couple ear pieces that you can choose from.

Does it even matter that the phone is prepaid? You will be balling with their Bluetooth.

virgin mobile has one.. it's one of their more expensive models though.. but nothing more than $150 US, i would guess.. (about $170 CAD)
