Devin Harris is the only one starting. He's quicker then the others but lack a jumpshot even though thats what he did in college.

Luther Head has a jumpshot but he's unknown because his team was bad but he's pretty good

Shaun Livington is a tall, quick, and thin point guard. That he is thin makes somewhat of a problem

I would pick Livingston because he has the most upside. He's will get minutes because he can play both guard positions and small forward. He's thin but that can can be fixed.

Head and Harris are about equal what Harris lacks in a jumpshot Head has and what Head lacks in quickness Harris has.

I don't think Head will be anything more then a role player. Livingston is very talented, but also very slight, and injury prone. Harris is a very quick player, and seems to fit in well with the Mavericks style of play. I don't see any of these players ever being all-stars.
