boy! that's a lot of your work being stolen. maybe after that many movies of yours being stolen you will now start to put your name on it so you can get the credit you deserve.
i expect, fully expect to see rocky 15 or 16 at the latest with your name on it!

A key aspect of marriage is owning a home together and he just totally screwed that up. Horrible, horrible decisions for him to make. His credit is NOT your credit. You have all of your credit capital available to you so you can buy a home in your name for the two of you and he can help pay the note. His available personal equity will be reduced by him cosigning; e.g. if he was "good for" $150k the note for that home was $120k then he has $30k left. It's generally a bad idea to max out your mortgage on both of your incomes anyway... It does sound like you handled it a little wrong though - you [clearly] can't control what he does. You should have made the bottom line clear to him - if you do this, I'm not certain we can stay married not merely told him "you're not allowed to do that". He just postponed you two buying a potential home together for a decade or longer. He just spent >$100k dollars without an agreement from you... I'd sooner have my wife get a boyfriend. It demonstrates a total lack of respect for you - however telling him what he is and is not allowed to do is also a lack of respect. I agree this is divorce worthy... I'm sorry. There's no quick fix here, that equity is tied up until he sells the house.

Sure you did. You can barely speak English! And what is a sqeal? Is it the sound a pig makes?

Uh, that would suck. But if that actually happened to me, I would actually do something about it (such as write another one or prove that it was mine) rather than ask yahoo answer people for attention. But before you supposedly write another movie, you might want to learn to speak coherently.
