Sexual genes brought by X and Y chromosome; XX for female and XY for male. the chromosome is transferred through cell seperation; from 1 into 2 cells, that happens in the zygotes forming phase. sometimes, the cell seperation process isn't goes well, and made uncertain combination such as XXY, or even -- (the zygote doesn't have sexual chromosome). It causes differential sexual preferences of the person.
